If a customer does not correspond to what the lawyer must have elapsed, the service offered and the maximum of three months from the parcel, they will be forced to pay an additional sum moratorium. The Supreme Court has intervened, however, the sentence no 2431/2011 to clarify that, in cases where there is no agreement between the parties for the payment of benefit, the lawyer may not claim any interest on arrears until the debt will be liquidated, that is, not until you arrive, with a 'order of the court, at the end of the procedure.
