Ruling in a case concerning a contract for a professional course, the SC, and uniform interpretation of the general criterion of the typed case in art. 1469 bis cpc (in the formulation prior to the decree. No. 206 of 2005), considered abusive clause by which the consumer waives the right of withdrawal and shall assume the obligation to pay the full amount agreed upon, however, and also considered applicable to the third paragraph No Article 11 of the same clause by which the seller reserves the unilateral power to modify the conditions of the course.
